In Jodorowsky's Dune adaptation, Giger was supposed to design the furniture and architecture of the Harkonnen, the sinister antagonists of House Atreides. Giger was one of many 'spiritual warriors' of Jodorowsky - artistic comrades-in-arms the director gathered around him for his never realised magnum opus.
